Nothing interesting happened in real life. The usual work, uni, completing one assignment after another, etc. I completed a 17-page (4000+ words) report for one of my music subjects. And I stuffed up my performance yesterday - I forgot to play an entire page of the Haydn piece! :O *sigh*

Oh wait, something interesting did happen. A tube of blood exploded in the centrifuge yesterday at work! Thank God I wasn't the one who was loading that centrifuge... but it was really bad. The tube was completely shattered and blood splashed everywhere inside the centrifuge, including all the other 47 tubes. Aiyeeee... Poor Sam had to clean up the mess. I kept scaring him about the effectiveness of the bleach and the low-grade surgical mask he was wearing, LOL. Did you know that a surgeon only wears a surgical mask to prevent him from drooling on the patient he's operating on? A standard surgical mask is almost completely ineffective in terms of infection control. Just thought you might want to keep that in mind the next time you go to the doctor/dentist. ;)
