Semester 2 starts on the 23rd and I still have so many things not crossed off on my to-do list. Where did all the time go? Probably to all the extra shifts I've been picking up, trying to build up my annual leave hours again. And it's so hard trying to meet up with people these days, because everyone's so busy with work, or aren't in in town, or something else. :(

Played football and participated in other activities for Make Poverty History on 07/07/07. I had my picture taken holding up a sign with my postcode on it, not sure if it'll be posted on some website, lol. Didn't watch LiveEarth at all because I only had time to watch the Wimbledon final. I've always enjoyed playing tennis (played throughout primary school up until year 8 in high school, before I switched to basketball), but almost never had the patience to watch an entire tennis match. The Wimbledon final this year was definitely an exception. I hope those of you who watched it agree! Rafa was so close to winning that I'm sure he'll win next year. Congrats to Roger. (I like him too, although I like Rafa a bit more. Hee!) Wish I could book my tix to the Sydney International tourney already...

Received my first present this year from my cousin - so super-duper prepared! I haven't given a thought about my own birthday yet. I might forego celebrating this year because I have no time. Several months ago I was planning to do a futsal day like I did last year, but it's just so hard arranging things when everyone's so busy with their lives. I'm not blaming anyone, because I'm so busy myself. It's just what life has become these days. The inevitable sacrifices we must make for our aspirations.
