Just briefly before I have to do ANOTHER one of those stupid "why do you want to study this course" essays... It's part of the application for the Master of Music Studies (Pedagogy) course, and I also have an interview for that on Tuesday.
* Started my first, real, paid job at Symbion Laverty Pathology on Friday. It was alright and what I expected it to be.
* I have a pet rabbit! He's just over a month old. Wait, I still don't know whether it's a he or a she. But it's a he for now. And because he's brown and loves to stand on his hind legs, I named him Peter Rabbit. How original. :P
* Started doing ballet again. I'm taking classes at the Sydney Dance Company. Absolutely loved it, and I'm definitely going again next Sunday. My legs are aching though...kinda expected them to ache since I haven't danced in 6 years. Couldn't do the Adage stuff properly (I lost my sense of balance or something, I kept wobbling!) and my shinays (sp?) were all over the place. Only exercises I could do properly were the allegro/jumping stuff, and that's because I'm naturally capable of that stuff (flexible achilles tendon or something).
* My students did well in their exams. The two good ones got A's, I knew they'd get A though. The two crappier students (I was convinced they'd fail) got B+ and B, so I'm pleased with that.
