"Make chocolate, not cheese!"

Mad scientist attempting to cook!
My first attempt at chocolate fondue almost ended in disaster. I thought melting chocolate over the stove would be quick and simple...whoops! The chocolate burnt. *blushes* Then the scientist in me decided to use a water-bath instead. I wish I had a bunsen burner at home, LOL. I had to improvise, and placed about 200mL boiling water in a large bowl, and the chocolate in a smaller one, and stirred. It worked! But...I should've used cooking chocolate and not ordinary chocolate, because it was waaaaayyyy too sweet, and I don't think I can have dinner tonight.
