Pics from Netherlands vs. Ivory Coast - Ruud's first World Cup goal. I'm so proud of him. :)

It was so emotional. And a huge weight off his shoulders after his a not-so-good match with Serbia. Plus all the stories about whether he'll be playing for Man Utd after falling out with Sir Alex Ferguson. A huge, huge relief for Ruud.
My American pals must be pleased about the 1-1 draw against Italy. Group E is looking very insteresting. And how about Ghana beating Czech. Republic 2-0! That was such an inspirational win.
Two imporant Group F matches tonight: Croatia vs. Japan and then AUSTRALIA vs. BRAZIL. I'm so nervous!
Non-football news... Went to Max Brenner for chocolate fondue last night. Big disappointment. The chocolate wasn't warm enough and before long, it was clumpy already. Besides, they didn't serve enough chocolate in the first place. The fondue at Haagen-Dazs (when I first tried it in Singapore) is soooo much better. Also, this bitchy waitress almost spilled a glass of water on me, and she didn't apologize. That'll be the last time I'm going there. :\
