* "Nothing is ever certain." Yes, I have started reading The Lovely Bones.

* Gillian didn't get Best Actress at the BAFTAs...Anna Maxwell Martin did. (Esther would have been my favourite if Lady Dedlock wasn't played by Gillian.) They both did so well in Bleak House...if only ties were allowed for these awards! Obviously I wanted Gillian to win, but I'm still very happy for Anna. Also, Bleak House won Best Drama Serial!

* Mrs. Silcock is back in hospital, for dehydration. I was about drive to her place to visit her when her son called. Please pray for her.

* To-do list: get all the info for the general knowledge section for Veronica and Jacqueline, finish making mothers day card for mum, scrub the bathtub, sort out music to play and rehearsals for May 20th wedding, ring Adrian about music roster at church, get birthday present for TQ and make a card for her...
