The interview was more like a chat, but still, 'twas creepy. It was a bit intimidating, after all, the Garvan is the state's (if not the nation's) biggest research institute. I hope it went alright, we'll only know if I can a phone call from them again.

Went window shopping in the city after the interview, and saw a trenchcoat at Esprit. Tried it on, and I must say it fit very nicely! I didn't really like the big beige buttons though. Headed across the street to Borders to check on the Bleak House novel again, because their entire system crashed last week. No news of it being released in Australia yet, but I was told that it may be released when the show comes over here. I don't know if I can wait that long...but I don't want to pay $30 for the book to be shipped over from the US.
