Had a great time hanging out with Anna tonight. After dinner at a Vietnamese restaurant, we went to her place to watch "The Day After Tomorrow". Really good CGI, especially with the snow blanketing NY. Will something like that ever happen in our lifetime? Is that the inevitable sixth extinction? Why is the northern hemisphere affected only, and not the southern hemisphere? Or will the Ice Age occur in the south half a year later, when the seasons reverse? I enjoy movies and TV shows that leave me with more questions than answers.

When I got home, we received a phone call from Hong Kong.

My grandmother had passed away.
