Why do I always have problems with my DVD drive? :
I hope someone can help me with this one. I was watching a region 1 DVD a few hours ago, so I switched the coding on my DVD drive. No problem. But now, I put in a region 4 disc, and when prompted to change the coding, I'm told I don't have administrative privileges to do that, even when I'm logged on as administrator. What happened?
