teeny-weeny lil' update

While I was in uni, I'd be online for hours and hours. And when I had the opportunity, I'd hide in the computer lab at the Biomed Library. That's how desperate I was for the internet. These days, however, the first time I log on is around 11pm, usually for less than 2 hours. Ironic. Perhaps it's because now that I am finally "free", I have better things to do than to rot at the computer desk. Whereas back in my uni days (shit, I sound old!), the internet was like an escape from the daily grind.

GAMSAT - I totally blew it. But I knew I wasn't anywhere near prepared. Dudes, never take an overseas holiday before a major exam. It ain't gonna work out.

I'm currently taking a break from being a medical scientist, to concentrate on my other passion - music. Teaching is fun and fulfilling when you have good students. And I've decided to do the musicianship exam again. Third time lucky maybe? I hope. Damnit, I want my diploma! LOL.
