my day at the polls
So I arrive at the local school hall, get my name marked off the electoral roll (which is actually more important than the voting BTW), grab a ballot paper...
Liberal or Labor? John Howard or Mark Latham? Or neither?
Hmm...
Should I cast my vote?
Forget it. Politicians are all the same. If they even gave 1% of their time, just 1%, then there wouldn't be war in Iraq, the streets would be safer, there would be less tax to pay for the hardworking and less benefits for the dole-bludgers, and trains would run on time. ::rips up ballot paper::
