flip-turn-pike-dismount...

Initially I wasn't bothered with the Olympics. The fact that I missed performing in the 2000 Olympics opening ceremony (I auditioned, was selected, but couldn't do the rehearsals every Sunday because I had to do my diploma piano exam *sigh*) is probably the reason. But, here I am, watching the gymnastics. I love watching gymnastics, and of course my favourite is the floor, because of the similarity to dancing. I almost wanted to do gymnastics in primary school, but I stuck to ballet. But I did remember using the sofa as the vaulting horse, and walking along the edge of the bathtub pretending it was the balance beam. :P Did you ever read The Gymnast books? I read them, along with The Baby-Sitters Club and Nancy Drew.

I better get back to studying for the immuno quiz tomorrow... *sobs* Last time when I was still in high school, the spring break was pushed forward so that we could all head out to watch the Olympics!
