My favourite scale to play is B major because of the comfortable fingering, but I love pieces that are in C major (dong de!) or F major. Never really had anything to do with Eb major. Well...Kit songs that are in Eb major include: shang xin, and See Your Face Everyday modulates from Db to Eb major in the final chorus...not much. Many of Kit's major hits are in F# major, like Heartache, Waiting, xi huan ni and Dazzling. Maybe it suits her vocal range. But it's a PITA to play cos of the 6 sharps. I usually like flat keys more than sharp keys, somehow I feel the flats have a calming effect - resolving downwards instead of up. Hehe, just my two cents worth of keys...
