Was feeling really crap yesterday. Really crap. Got drenched in the morning cos I had no umbrella with me. My MD was a bit screwed...dunno what happened. I wasted money because I printed the full text (14 pgs) instead of the pdf format (6 pgs) for this journal article. Don't even want to talk about the friggin' test. Boohoo.
Thanks to my best pals for leading the Northern Star. *hugs to both of you*
Knowing me, I gave up feeling crap the moment I got up this morning, and I saw the sun shining brightly after yesterday's rain. Literally and figuratively. Why bother feeling crap when you can't redo the test? And now I've 14 extra pages of printing paper. Here a piece of advice from her many quotes of wisdom: "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger." Days ago, I was laughing at that and relating it to Darwin's natural selection theory/"survival of the fittest". Now I feel the importance of it.
Oh yeah, I found the shades! No, not from her house...hehe... I bought them today. :)
