1. Are you going to school this year? yeah...
2. If yes, where are you going (high school, college, etc.)? If no, when did you graduate? University of New South Wales (aka UNSW). 2nd year B. Medical Science student.
3. What are/were your favorite school subjects? School as in high school – music. School as in uni – microbiology.
4. What are/were your least favorite school subjects? High school – English. Uni – physiology.
5. Have you ever had a favorite teacher? Why was he/she a favorite? Mrs. Goodall was my favourite maths teacher in high school. Out of the 6 years there, she was my teacher for 5 years (every year except year 8). We were taught never to learn by rote, be it integration or probability. She explained things in a way that we all understood. She fed us giant jelly babies, even when we were in year 12! Every Friday morning we'd talk about the previous night's episode of ER! She was very encouraging, and helped us when most of us failed this certain maths exam in year 11 (I failed too...got 49%...argh!). Guess what, for the HSC, our school came 3rd in the whole state for maths! Mrs. Goodall wasn't only a maths teacher, she was like a 2nd mother to us all.
