Nice day today.
I finally got the chance to catch up with friends from church. The youth group people gather once a month after mass, but I've missed 3 months of gatherings due to my busy workload. It was a nice gathering, munching on our chicken wings, then sharing our high school experiences, like abseiling and high ropes at camp, go-karting at Jamberoo, adventures at the Snowy Mountains, excursions to Shakespeare plays for English, field trips to Centennial Park for science...etc. Somehow all these years just flew by, and here we are, waiting for mid-year uni results, to be released on Friday. We thanked God for we were fortunate enough to share such special and fun moments with each other, and prayed for those in other places in the world, who were struggling to survive each day.
Later in the day I was driving around with mum, and I realised what a great task parallel parking was...hehe...
Came home, turned on the computer, and opened my mailbox to find an email from someone special. Someone I learn a lot from. Someone I got to know in the strangest of ways, but am glad we got to know each other. Thank you so much for your long emails (because I know you don't write a lot)! :)
Hope everyone had a nice day too!
