Friday Five

1. How many houses/apartments have you lived in throughout your life?
Three. One flat in HK and 2 houses in Aust.

2. Which was your favorite and why?
The one I live in right now, because I've lived in it for *counts* 13 years! It's a place where I can sing, "This is home truly, where I know I must be..." because I grew up in it, and feel very settled in it. It's in a good location too, in Kingsgrove, yet it is very close to Hurstville. It is not overly quiet, yet it is not crowded and busy like the CBD. And all the neighbours are nice people.

3. Do you find moving house more exciting or stressful? Why?
I don't know how to answer this question, because I forgot what it's like to move houses! :P

4. What's more important, location or price?
Both. It's like, you wouldn't want to pay a million bucks for a dodgy flat in a suburb one hour from the city...

5. What features does your dream house have (pool, spa bath, big yard, etc.)?
The ordinary rooms like kitchen, bathroom, lounge, bedroom etc. I'd like a room/hall dedicated to the performing arts – where I'd put my piano, have mirrors and a barre and open space for ballet, a special cabinet for my Kit collection and trophies and music books, posters on the walls like Kit, pointe shoes, sheet music etc. I also need a nice garden, my breathing space. Then I need a hi-fi room cum lounge room thingy, for watching series and Kit's VCDs, and for listening and dreaming to Kit's music, and this room needs to be deep purple in colour with many comfy sofas (tailor-made for Dreamscape!). I think I'd like a more modern interior design, a more classy/posh look...I've had my fair share of the old-house look. Hmm, maybe I should have an attic where I can allow direct sunlight through, and grow flowers there... but then again, if I like modern, I should have a loft and grow roses instead... *smiles* Oh, and in my bedroom, I want that electronic wardrobe like Cher has in Clueless, hehe!
