Oh my god I just conversed in Mandarin...

Just had singing practice at home with people from church - Adrian (he's Australian), Agnes (she's Taiwanese), Vincent and Mary (both from HK).

Anyway, back to why I spoke in Mandarin. This is the first time Adrian and Agnes (they're husband and wife) came over to my house. Agnes saw all the Kit posters in my room and was kinda amazed. I asked her if she knew who was chen jie yi, and she replied, "while I was still in Taiwan, before I came to Aust, Kit had just started her career." Then I asked her if she knew the song xin tong, and indeed, she did! I, of course, pointed out my autographed concert poster, and my photo with Kit. She was amazed again, hehe... Then I kept repeating, "Kit's music is great, she has a wonderful voice..." etc. Hehehe!!!! I'm soooo happy! :)

What I can't believe is that I automatically spoke in Mandarin to her, and she understood what I was saying. Wow.....
