The Girl with the Goalden Boot

I've been having strange dreams lately. Really strange ones. Some elements of the dreams were so realistic, yet impossible at the same time.

Notice that you can never remember a dream from beginning to end, but rather, snippets of visual images from the dream.

Dream no. 1: My parents and my bro were in the car, travelling to the local Chinese restaurant for dinner, and when we took a right turn to go to the carpark near the restaurant, I witnessed a one-on-one shooting. A male security guard and a female one held their .38's towards each other. Then the next scene was that we arrived at the bottom of the building, cos we had to take a lift up to the restaurant. There were other people waiting for the lift too. The lift doors opened, and everyone went in the lift. Then suddenly, the floor of the lift fell apart...strangely enough, those people on the lift had to fix the floor of the lift themselves. I dunno why, but someone had a toolbox with them and started nailing the floor together again.

Dream no. 2: I worked in an office, but I can't remember what sort of office (was it a law firm, an accounting firm, or what?). For some reason, only the Gents washroom had a mirror, and was recently renovated. The Ladies washroom was old, it was really dim, and there were only 2 cubicles. So all those other females in the office went in to the Gents to do their makeup and hair...

Dream no. 3: We had just moved into a new house, and my bedroom was the first one one the left along the hallway. My new bedroom looked very familiar, and it was different in that it was much bigger, the walls were painted blue instead of peach, the piano was in the centre of the room instead of against the wall, and I had many bookcases. I can see my Kit posters and other smaller photos strewn carelessly on 2 of the walls (I remember I had the Lola and Dazzling posters, and some Cash is King photos). What was interesting was a special book on the bookcase opposite the door. It was hardcover with a jacket, approximately 50×40cm. Here comes the amazing part. The book's called KIT CHAN, an illustrated biography and the photo on the cover of the book was exactly the same as the one on the cover of the VCD that came with That Day That Night.

Now Kitcattens, please tell me, does a book like that even exist? I woke up this morning really confused.

Lola is a medical scientist, music teacher, hoping to be a forensic pathologist one day, Catholic, neat freak... She worships Dana Scully from The X-Files and Kay Scarpetta from Patricia Cornwell's novels. And she loves football. (background by Kess)
